龍兄鼠弟

　　多年前科學家進行了一項創造完美人類的飾演，沒想到實驗過程中的細胞分裂不均勻導致了這個實驗只成功了一半，另一半則完全失敗。科學家創造出來的這對雙胞胎兄弟一個是完美人類的典型――德智體美全面發展的高大的朱利斯（阿諾?施瓦辛格 Arnold Schwarzenegger 飾）；另一個則是人類所有缺點的集合體――小矮個文森（丹尼?德維托 Danny DeVito 飾）。兄弟兩一出世就被分離，朱利斯被科學家送到南海的一個小島上撫養長大，而弟弟則在孤兒院度過了他的童年。　　直到兄弟兩已過不惑之年，他們才知道了對方的存在。朱利斯與未曾謀面的兄弟文森重逢后，兩兄弟決定踏上尋找親生母親之路。但是這時，一場意外給他們惹來了殺身之禍。
