加州公路巡警

　　高速路上的巡警們每天的職責，除了抓偷車賊和對超速車輛進行追捕罰款之外，還有很多更多的樂趣。如今，在加州早已聞名的高速巡警弗蘭克（邁克爾·佩納飾）不僅是個脾氣火爆辦案也火爆的家伙，更有一身讓領導難以容忍的壞脾氣，但同行們卻送給他“郵袋”的綽號，意思是他總能及時解決大麻煩，不過也會給別人惹下大麻煩。與此同時，另一個叫貝克（戴克斯·夏普德飾）的巡警同樣飽受爭議，不僅行事高調、滿嘴的限制級語言，連脾氣也和弗蘭克很像。但兩人辦起案來卻相當的投入和盡責。如今，兩人被安排為新搭檔。車技了得的他們在改裝高手的幫助下，也開啟了加州高速路上的大抓捕……
